Key Responsibilities:
Support research and analysis across For-Sale, Rental, Macro, Demographics, and Building Products sectors
Collect, organize, validate, and analyze housing market and economic data to identify trends and insights
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and written research for client deliverables and publications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Science, Real Estate, Business, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a Research Analyst or in a similar analytical role
Advanced proficiency in Excel, with experience in R, Python, and/or SQL
Proven ability to independently structure and execute complex analyses and provide actionable insights
Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills, with a strong commitment to producing high-quality work
