We Are CASA is seeking a Health Information Specialist to build and maintain a health services database and to disseminate information to the immigrant community through our bilingual Health Information Hotline. You will assess access to care, including Medicare/Medicaid, and provide navigation support to callers and walk-ins while coordinating with the team to ensure timely responses.
