Responsibilities: Lead multi-entity GL integration and balance sheet reconciliations, while ensuring precise revenue-share calculations and expense management administration. Deliver complete monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and equity rollforwards with variance analysis. Direct the global consolidation process, managing FX, intercompany eliminations, tax provisions, gross-to-net revenue, and technical US GAAP standards. Accelerate digital transformation by driving migrations from manual spreadsheets to automated ERP and reconciliation tools, while standardizing closing procedures and internal documentation. Enforce compliance, keeping the chart of accounts optimized to support public SEC reporting requirements. Partner with financial leadership to resolve complex accounting matters, optimize checklist management for seamless audit cycles, and collaborate with FP&A on journal entries and control environments. Provide operational oversight for A/P and A/R while leveraging hands-on project management proficiency across enterprise accounting software, reporting platforms, and cloud collaboration tools.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and an active CPA license is required.5+ years of managing, mentoring and hands-on general ledger, reconciliation, and financial statement consolidation experience.
