Composite Technician

Location: Rancho Dominguez, CA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Pay: $23.00–$25.00/hr (DOE)

Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site (Contract)

Position Summary: Support a high-rate aerospace manufacturing program performing composite layup and related production tasks. Aerospace/composites experience is preferred, but candidates with strong hands-on manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, laminating, molding, fiberglass, or precision production experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities: Handle and prepare composite prepreg materials Perform composite layup per ply sequence/orientation Perform debulk operations during layup Vacuum bag tooling and prep parts for curing Assist with tool prep, material handling, and part removal Follow drawings/work instructions and manufacturing procedures Maintain material ID/traceability and complete production/quality documentation Use basic hand tools and measuring equipment as needed

Qualifications: Composite/aerospace manufacturing experience preferred (not required)Good hand dexterity; able to perform detailed, repetitive work Able to read/follow written work instructions Strong attention to detail and quality
