Construction Project Manager – Healthcare Miami, FL | Up to $130,000 Base + Bonus + Benefits + Vehicle Allowance We’re working with a highly regarded General Contractor in Miami that is looking to add an experienced Construction Project Manager to its healthcare team. They have a strong pipeline of work across South Florida and are looking for someone who can take ownership of projects while becoming a long-term part of the team.
The Role:
As Construction Project Manager, you’ll manage healthcare projects from preconstruction through to closeout, working closely with the Superintendent, APMs, subcontractors and client.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing projects from preconstruction through completion
- Budgets, schedules, contracts and procurement
- Subcontractor buyout and managementRFIs, submittals and change orders
- Working closely with the field team to keep projects on schedule and budget
- Managing relationships with owners, architects and subcontractors
- Monitoring project costs and overall performance
- Supporting and mentoring APMs and Project Engineers
What We're Looking For:- We’re looking for Project Managers who have worked for a General Contractor and have experience within healthcare construction.
- Experience with hospital renovations, medical facilities, ground-up healthcare or construction within active/occupied healthcare environments would be particularly attractive.
- You should be comfortable taking ownership of projects and working directly with clients, subcontractors and the field team.
