Preschool Teacher – Childcare Center

KinderCare is seeking passionate Teachers for our Cooper Lake center to nurture and inspire young children in a safe, engaging environment. In this role, you’ll design and lead developmentally appropriate, play-based learning experiences that support each child’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. You’ll build strong, trusting relationships with families, communicate progress, and maintain a clean, well-organized classroom. Working within our collaborative, inclusive culture, you’ll receive training, support, and opportunities for professional growth while making a meaningful impact every day. Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans for preschool-aged children Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment Observe and document children’s progress and developmental milestones Communicate regularly with families about children’s learning and well-being Support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning Follow health, safety, and licensing standards and procedures Collaborate with center staff to plan activities and share best practices Support classroom routines including meals, rest time, and transitions Participate in ongoing training and professional development Contribute to an inclusive, respectful, and culturally responsive environment Classroom management Early childhood curriculum planning Child development knowledge Lesson planning Student assessment Parent communication Behavior management Health and safety compliance Record keeping Team collaboration Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k CPR and First Aid certification State early childhood education certification (if applicable) Background check clearance
