Senior Designer: Remodel Design & Joyful Sales

FBC Remodel in Denver is seeking a Senior Designer to join our design-build team. You will partner with an Interior Designer to create compelling concepts, present options, review close plans, and work with on-site superintendents to execute designs. You'll lead a design-sales process, mentor a junior designer, and help deliver joyful remodel experiences for homeowners while hitting monthly/quarterly sales targets. We value curiosity, collaboration, and a growth mindset.
