Floor Tech

Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive floor care services including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet shampooing, scrubbing, stripping, and waxing. Operate professional floor care equipment such as low and high-speed scrubbers, extractors, and Kaivac systems. Prepare cleaning solutions by safely mixing water and approved chemicals according to manufacturer specifications. Transport, lift, and organize cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials to assigned work areas. Load and unload supplies into vehicles and return unused materials to designated storage areas. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies to ensure availability for assigned areas. Perform additional duties as assigned based on operational needs and skill level.
