Seeking a New York Licensed Litigation Paralegal, the full-time position will manage the supervision and training of paralegal staff, develop tailored discovery strategies, and draft comprehensive legal documents in a remote working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and develop foreign paralegal staff to ensure quality and efficiency
Independently craft and respond to discovery requests and prepare precise jury charges
Draft comprehensive petitions, pleadings, and motions for state and federal court cases
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of paralegal experience in New York Plaintiff's Personal Injury Law
Proven ability to independently develop legal strategies and draft discovery requests
Fluency in both English and Spanish preferred
Exceptional organizational and critical thinking skills
