Key responsibilities: Oversee national production operations and ensure alignment with quality standards and financial targets Establish and maintain executive-level client relationships, identifying opportunities for service expansion Drive business development efforts and lead the design of standardized service templates for scalable delivery

Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related technical discipline; advanced degree preferred Minimum 15 years of experience in commercial building evaluation and Facility Condition Assessment methodologies At least 12 years in client management and leadership of technical service teams Five years of senior leadership experience with accountability for business line financial performance Active licensure as a Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) required
