Regional THV Sales Director - Southern California

Edwards Lifesciences seeks a Regional Sales Director to lead the THV business in a U.S. territory. You will report to an Area VP and drive sales, profit objectives, and regional team performance across Territory Managers and Field Clinical Specialists. You will coordinate strategy, manage budgets, develop talent, and collaborate with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and R&D to maximize patient impact and commercial success in California and beyond.
