Senior In-House Counsel: Litigation Lead & Contracts

NextEraHR is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel licensed in Texas to lead the firm’s legal operations, manage an active caseload, and serve as practical in-house counsel to the Owner and affiliated businesses. You will oversee litigation, supervise attorneys, draft and review contracts, and coordinate with outside counsel to mitigate risk and ensure regulatory compliance. This role requires strong writing, judgment, and business-focused problem-solving skills.
