Service Coordinator The primary responsibility of the Service Coordinator is focused on bringing together service employees, products, clients and other resources for a company. This includes, but is not limited to, coordinating schedules and general administrative work. Our ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is well organized, and is an excellent problem solver. Responsibilities/
Duties: Streamlines and delegates activities to staff Coordinates schedules of workers Trains and evaluates employees Ensure a division is on track to meet its financial goals Ensure the division complies with company policies Assess the performance of the division against the business's goals and plans Perform performance evaluations on lower-level positions Motivate staff while providing positive and constructive feedback Build strong relationships with Russo management, industry partners, and vendors Works with other division coordinators and management to ensure the division goals are met Assist with special projects and other tasks as defined by management Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Must possess good general computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams)Advanced customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong ability to keep organized and strong time management skills Excellent leadership and goal-setting skills Great collaboration and teamwork abilities Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Effective communication, including writing, speaking, and interpersonal communication Strong knowledge of small engine power equipment Industry knowledge in landscape and power supply Bilingual is a plus Credentials and Experience High school diploma or equivalent Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred 1 year minimum of service experience
Physical Demands: Employee must possess the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing between 40-50lbs Required to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, reach, and climb to perform work May be required to stand, walk, and use hands/fingers for long periods of time May be required to look at a computer screen for long periods of time
