Cloud Native Engineer

Experience: 5–10 YearsHands‐on experience in deploying and managing production‐grade Kubernetes clusters (mandatory).Strong expertise in Kubernetes cluster setup, configuration, scaling, and upgrades in live environments. Experience working with Oracle Cloud Native Environment (OCNE) or similar Kubernetes platforms. Solid understanding of containerization using Docker and workload orchestration on Kubernetes. Proven ability to manage high availability, reliability, and performance of production systems. Strong experience in observability stack implementation and management: Prometheus (metrics & alerting) Grafana (dashboarding) OpenSearch / Elasticsearch (log aggregation) Hands‐on expertise in OpenSearch/Elasticsearch indices management, shard optimization, and performance tuning. Strong troubleshooting skills across logs, metrics, and infrastructure layers in distributed environments. Good understanding of Linux systems, networking, and Kubernetes internals (CNI, ingress, storage).Experience in production incident handling, root cause analysis (RCA), and system stabilization. Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed system behaviour. Ability to work in high‐pressure production environments and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
