Superintendent- Frederick, MD

This family-owned, mid-sized general contractor works on a wide range of projects in the Frederick, MD area including interiors, base builds, and both commercial & federal projects. Most projects range between $1M-20M. They have grown immensely over the past 5 years and due to the number of projects starting in the upcoming months, they are looking to add an additional Superintendent to the team who has at least 5 years of experience in the commercial construction space. Responsibilities:Oversee and direct the material, tools, equipment, and labor used to complete the project Coordinate all field employees, coordinate all subtractor activities Develop and maintain the site logistics plan for the project Develop baseline project schedule Manage the project to meet the required specifications in the allotted time Review and approve all requisitions, field purchase orders, progress payment requests, and other significant reports and documents. Responsible for site safety Maintain and build high quality relationships with subcontractors and vendors Requirements: 8+ years experience as a SuperintendentGC experience required Ability to commute to Frederick, MDInterested?
