Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Business Analyst

Location: Remote – Lackland, TX Program

Experience: 5+ years

Clearance: Tier 1 (T1) background investigation / CAC requiredU.S. Citizenship is required, along with eligibility to obtain and maintain a T1 background investigation and CAC.The role focuses on Oracle EBS Financials, particularly General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Cash Management (CE). The position also involves requirements gathering, business process analysis, Oracle AIM documentation, functional specifications, SIT/UAT testing, defect resolution, data/reconciliation analysis, and collaboration with technical development teams. Key areas of experience include: Oracle EBS / EBS R12 FinancialsGL, AP, AR, and Cash Management Business and functional requirements documentation Oracle AIM or similar implementation methodology Functional specifications and process-flow documentationSIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect trackingEBS integrations, interfaces, reports, conversions, and workflows Federal financial systems experience, preferably DoDRICE/RICEW coordination with technical teams
