Medical Negligence Litigation Associate

The Sacramento Office of La Follette Johnson, DeHaas, Fesler & Ames seeks a highly motivated associate with 1–5 years of civil litigation experience to defend healthcare providers in complex medical negligence cases. You will manage caseloads, develop case strategy, and draft pleadings and motions. The ideal candidate will appear in court, conduct legal research, coordinate with expert witnesses, and participate in settlement negotiations and trial preparation.
