Reports to: Facility Manager
Department: North American Operations
Position Purpose:
Provide leadership, support and knowledge to supervisors and their respective teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Demonstrates the values and business principles of Leadec.
Works safely at all times.
Ensures the safe operation of teams through regular communications, work observations and modeling a "Safety, is Your Life" mentality.
Effectively manages the Leadec scope of work (SOW).
Effectively communicates necessary information and status updates to manager.
Incorporates "PDCA" (Plan, Do, Check, Act) mindset into regular routine.
Focuses on labor, equipment, and tools allocation, best practice guidelines, and continuous improvement.
Adhering to and supporting all EHS and Quality objectives, in accordance with ISO 14001, 45001 and 9001 respectively.
All other duties as assigned by Leadec manager.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Communication Skills:
Ability to communicate with all levels of Leadec and customer employees.
Working experience using Maximo (or similar).
Strong in computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook), or similar
Position Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in supervision or management is preferred.
5+ years' experience in an industrial environment preferred.
Computer literate.
Physical Requirements:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the key actions of the job:
Required to talk and/or hear in an industrial setting (noise level is moderate). Frequently required to stand and walk on concrete surfaces for 4 - 12 hours. Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; lift; climb or balance; kneel, crawl, stoop, or crouch.
Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception and focus adjustment.
Work is performed in an industrial-manufacturing environment with occasional time spent working on a computer or at a desk.
