Job Summary: The Trim Carpenter is responsible for installing interior and exterior finish components in modular home units during the manufacturing process. Working in an indoor plant environment, this role ensures that trim work meets quality standards, design specifications, and production timelines. The Trim Carpenter plays a key role in delivering a polished, move-in-ready product in a team environment. Work Schedule & Benefits Full-time schedule, standard first shift hours Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm Overtime may be required based on production needs. Paid Time off after 90 days Benefits available after 60 days: Health, Dental and Life Insurance Essential Duties and Responsibilities Install interior trim components including baseboards, door and window casing and crown molding. Measure, cut, fit, and secure trim materials using hand and power tools. Perform finish work to meet appearance, fit, and quality standards. Read and follow work instructions, layouts, and basic blueprints. Coordinate work with framing, electrical, plumbing, and finishing teams. Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area and follow safety standards. Meet production schedules while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
