Investment Banking Associate

Responsibilities: Support and execute buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions. Build and maintain financial models, including DCF, LBO and comparable company analyses. Prepare confidential information memoranda (CIMs), management presentations and pitch materials. Conduct market research, company valuations and strategic analysis. Coordinate due diligence processes and communicate with clients, buyers and investors. Work directly with senior bankers throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or CFA qualifications advantageous. Required Skills2–6 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory or corporate finance. Previous transaction execution experience, preferably in technology M&A.Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills. Experience preparing transaction documentation and managing due diligence. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Denver-based candidates preferred.

Preferred Skills: Candidates from boutique investment banks, middle-market advisory firms or technology-focused M&A teams are particularly encouraged to connect. Experience with SaaS, enterprise software, IT services, FinTech or digital infrastructure transactions would be highly relevant.
