You will learn by doing — touching real equipment, reading real schematics, and supporting real projects from day one — guided by a structured mentorship program designed to grow yourself into a well-rounded Power Systems Engineer over time. This role is for motivated individuals who have graduated from a technical and/or engineering program with 0-5 years of industry experience who want to build deep, hands-on expertise in low and medium voltage power generation, controls, and system integration. If you are ready to learn, we are ready to invest.

Travel locally with field service teams to customer sites to observe, assist, and manage technical multi-day projects.
Strictly follow and enforce OSHA, NFPA 70E, and all applicable safety regulations for electrical safe work practices.
Participate in structured mentorship curriculum, training courses, and complete assigned training milestones.
