Position Summary:
Mix drinks, serve food, beer, and mixed drinks to customers, circumstances may require table service
Job Relationships:
- Responsible To: Guests, Bar Manager
- Employees Supervised: Bar back and other servers
- Inter-Relationships: Work closely with Bar Manager and other cafe/bar staff to better serve our guests
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve guests
- Prepare bar of opening
- Assist with inventory and ordering
- Stock supplies as needed
- Wash dishes
- Keep accurate cash count
- Additional duties may be assigned
Qualifications
Certification: Valid Washington State Health Card and WSLCB Class 12 Mixologist permit
Experience: Previous Bartending Preferred
Other Requirements:
Ability to relate in a positive manner to guests and co-workers
Environmental Factors:
- Standing for extended periods of time
- Frequent lifting of items weighting 40 Lbs. or more
- Working around hot dishwasher and kitchen equipment
- Stair climbing
- Guest facing position.
