Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (Call In)

Location: 100% RemoteThis is a call in position, Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Pay is based on hours worked. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Education/Training/Experience Minimum: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a focus on substance abuse or psychiatric-mental health nursing. Current, unencumbered APRN-Rx license in the state of Hawaii. Clinical experience in addiction medicine or psychiatric-mental health nursing.

Preferred: Current Board Certification as a Certified Addiction Registered Nurse - Advanced Practice (CARN-AP), or other nationally recognized board certification center; OR have obtained active Board Certification by the start date if selected. Skills Knowledge Minimum: Strong knowledge of addiction medicine, including pharmacology, withdrawal management, and evidence-based treatment modalities. Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals. Ability to connect with and support individuals struggling with addiction. Ability to assess complex situations, develop appropriate treatment plans, and adapt to changing patient needs.
