Spark Xplorer is a K–12 tutoring platform helping students across the US learn, improve, and excel. We're growing our community outreach and looking for MSc and PhD students to join us as SPARK Partners (African Community Activation Specialists), focused on introducing Spark Xplorer to African immigrant families through their churches and mosques. This is a part-time, remote, weekend-focused role (~2 hours/week) built around your studies — ideal for graduate students with strong roots in African immigrant faith and community networks who want meaningful, flexible income. As a SPARK Partner, you'll be the trusted bridge between Spark Xplorer and the families who need us, earning a base plus commission that compounds into recurring income. Priority markets We're activating first in the 12 US metros with the largest African immigrant communities. Host a ~2-hour interactive session for parents to explain our K–12 academic programs and answer questions. Register interested families for a free one-month K–12 academic intervention. Follow up with families and support their transition onto a paid plan. Represent the Spark Xplorer brand professionally, using the materials and scripts provided.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in an MSc or PhD program at a US institution. Must be legally authorized to work in the US as an independent contractor. International students on F-1 or J-1 status should confirm their eligibility (e.g. valid CPT/OPT authorization) before applying. Deep ties to and trust within African immigrant communities — through a church, mosque, campus association, or cultural network. Based in or near one of our priority markets (preferred).Strong verbal communication and comfort presenting to groups. Self-motivated, reliable, and available primarily on weekends. A genuine passion for education and helping children succeed. Compensation & support$125 presentation allowance per church or mosque you activate. Attractive, uncapped commission structure with recurring monthly residual income — full details shared during the interview. Realistic Year 1 earning potential of ~$26,700 at target, part-time. Full support provided: branded materials, presentation script, registration tools, marketing support, onboarding, and ongoing coaching. The first three months serve as a probation period, with confirmation to a permanent role based on performance.
