Key responsibilities:
Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring timely completion of month-end close and account reconciliations
Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and perform variance analysis
Support internal and external audits and help design and test internal controls
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
5+ years of progressive accounting experience with month-end close responsibilities
Strong working knowledge of US GAAP
Proficiency with an ERP/accounting system (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks Enterprise)
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis
