Key responsibilities:
Analyze operational processes and financial performance to provide actionable insights for decision-making
Create and optimize financial and productivity reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity
Collaborate with department managers and senior leadership during the annual budget process and monthly operating reviews
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum of three years of experience in decision support or financial analysis, preferably in the healthcare industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access
Solid understanding of general accounting principles and cost accounting
Experience in database queries/management and report writing
