Litigation Attorney - Workers Compensation Defense

Duties: Represent clients in workers' compensation claims throughout Florida. Analyze complex legal issues and develop litigation strategies. Engage in client interaction and business development activities. Collaborate with a team in a paperless, digital environment.

Requirements: Licensed attorney in good standing with The Florida Bar. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong persuasive writing and advocacy skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and as part of a team. Tech-savvy and comfortable in a digital environment. Experience in insurance defense or workers' compensation preferred. Education JD from an accredited law school.

Certifications: Licensed to practice law in Florida. Skills Strong litigation and research skills. Sound judgment and analytical abilities. Ability to thrive in a collaborative setting.
