RBT: Paid Certification & Growth in Clinic Care

Galliant in Midland, TX is hiring 1-on-1 direct care RBTs. We offer paid RBT training and sponsorship for the national exam within 8 weeks; starting pay for certified RBTs is $20.00-$24.50/hour, or $18.00-$19.50 for entry-level staff. Work a consistent clinic schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:15 PM, Monday-Friday, with weekends back and occasional team meetings until 5:00 PM. You'll receive BCBA-D mentorship, supervision hours, and a comprehensive benefits package.
