Manufacturing Engineer

About the Role: Support plant operations and production efficiency Work across manufacturing, maintenance, and engineering functions Hands-on role with leadership responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: Lead maintenance and manufacturing technician teams Support production and troubleshoot shop floor issues Drive process improvements & cost reduction projects Develop new manufacturing methods, tooling, and materials Assist with prototype development for new/modified products Ensure quality and efficiency across product lines Provide technical support for heat exchangers & tubing systems

Qualifications: Associate's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering (or related) OR equivalent experience (1-3+ years) Experience in: Manufacturing processes & fabrication Tooling and process improvement Industrial maintenance or engineering support Knowledge of HVAC / heat exchanger systems (preferred) Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Work Environment: On-site manufacturing setting Exposure to machinery, noise, and industrial conditions Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
