Converting Operator

What You'll Do: Set up and operate high-speed bag machines Monitor quality (regular checks throughout each run)Troubleshoot issues and partner with Maintenance when needed Complete basic preventive maintenance and housekeeping Track production, scrap, and efficiency data accurately Coordinate with teammates to maximize uptime Keep machines running smoothly through shift changes You'll have real ownershipadjusting settings, maintaining run speeds, and ensuring every product meets our standards.

What We're Looking For: Mechanical aptitude (bag-making or similar experience preferred)Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfort in a fast-paced production environment Basic math and measuring skills Team-oriented mindset with a focus on safety and quality
