Associate General Counsel – Birmingham, AL

OnBoard Legal is partnering with an organization in Birmingham to identify and hire anAssociate General Counsel. This role will have a primary focus on labor and employment matters for a multi-state workforce, including employee relations, wage and hour, leave and accommodations, investigations, and agency matters. The Associate General Counsel will also manage a range of litigation and disputes, oversee outside counsel, handle pre-litigation matters, and support insurance, risk, and compliance initiatives. Ideal candidateswill have strong labor and employment experience, hands-on litigation experience, sound business judgment, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
