Position Summary: We are looking for talented and driven culinary professionals to join our elite team as a Master Cook. In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with world-class chefs to execute highly technical, avant-garde dishes, maintain uncompromising standards of culinary precision, and deliver an unforgettable theatrical dining experience. An Ideal Fit for the Role will: Leverage advanced knife skills, classical and modern techniques to confidently prep and execute a demanding station during busy service. Seamlessly collaborate with an energetic, high-performing kitchen team to prepare and reproduce multi-course tasting menus that consistently exceed guest expectations. Demonstrate a passion for continuous learning, embracing an active, innovative approach to exploring advanced gastronomy and unique ingredients. Develop a deep, thorough understanding of every ingredient, recipe, and narrative behind our avant-garde menu items. What You Can Expect From Us: Base pay of $12.00 per hour, paired with participation in a generous and highly competitive tip-sharing program for the venue. Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 10 hours in length. Must be able to exert well-paced ability to maneuver between functions occurring simultaneously. Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis. May be required to lift trays of food or food items weighing up to 30 lbs. occasionally. Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity. Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment. Ability to work nights, holidays and weekends.
