We’re looking for a competitive B2B salesperson who enjoys opening new doors, building relationships, and winning complex commercial projects. What You’ll Do:
  • You won’t be selling a commodity—you’ll help clients create workplaces that improve culture, productivity, collaboration, and employee experience. Prospect and generate new business
  • Sell directly to business owners, executives, and decision-makers
  • Manage a full pipeline using structured follow-up and CRM tools
  • Meet with clients, present solutions, and close deals
  • Oversee projects from quote → order → installation
Must-Have:
  • Requirements (Read Carefully). Applications without these will not be considered.2+ years B2B sales experience (NOT retail)
  • Proven ability to hunt, prospect, and close
  • Experience selling to owners, executives, or senior decision makers
  • Strong communication + professional presence
  • Ability to manage multiple deals, timelines, and details
  • Salesforce or similar CRMBachelor’s degree OR relevant B2B sales experience

  • Only have retail or customer service experience

  • This is a true B2B sales role with high expectations and strong support.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $65k–$85k DOEUncapped commission (top performers earn $130k–$200k+)Medical, dental, vision 401(k) with match Paid time off Beautiful showroom workspace Training, mentorship, and clear growth opportunities ScheduleFull-time, in-person Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
