Project Leadership: Lead and manage R&D projects from inception to completion, overseeing planning, execution and delivery. Partner Management: Lead and manage external subcontractors and vendors, ensuring technical deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints. Lifecycle Management: Drive new product definition and development, from initial idea and research through design, testing, and market launch, ensuring seamless transitions between phases. Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, resources, and budgets, while monitoring progress and adjusting as necessary. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project milestones, challenges, and strategic direction to stakeholders at all levels to ensure transparency, alignment and executive support. Risk Mitigation: Conduct rigorous risk analysis to identify potential project bottlenecks and develop effective mitigation strategies. Compliance & IP: Ensure all R&D activities comply with internal processes, quality gates, and industry standards, while ensuring the proper documentation and protection of intellectual property.
