- Seeking experienced physicians to treat patients in local Skilled Nursing Facilities due to the rapid expansion of services
- Available locations in St. Charles County, Clayton/Richmond Heights, and Alton, Illinois

- Ideal candidates will be board-certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics - will consider Emergency Medicine with some post-acute experience
