Strategic Cost & Schedule Controls Lead

RTX is seeking a Principal Specialist, Program Cost Controls (P3) within the Stinger Finance team. This hybrid role collaborates with finance, engineering, operations, contracts, and the program office to provide cost oversight for a production program. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of finance experience, strong Excel skills, and U.S. citizenship. You will prepare reports, support forecasting, and drive cost improvements across the program.
