Hybrid Lead PCB Design Engineer - High-Speed RF

Mercury Systems in Cypress, CA (and other U.S. locations) is seeking a CAD Lead to design high‑speed PCBs, backplanes, and flex circuits for rugged, secure packaging. You will interact with Systems Engineering, SI, ME, SW and purchasing, owning all steps of the PCB design process using Cadence/Allegro and related tools. This hybrid 3 days in the office role requires 7+ years of CAD experience, IPC standards, RF/high-speed routing, and the ability to drive CAD process improvements.
