🔹 Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of Quality Assurance / Quality Management experience
- Experience with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
- Strong blueprint reading & GD&T knowledge
- Experience with FMEA, Process Flow & Control Plans
- Hands-on experience with Keyence Vision Systems
- Experience in rubber, plastic or silicone injection molding
- Strong supplier and customer communication skills
- Experience managing and collaborating with a small quality team🎯 Responsibilities:
- Lead and organize the quality department
- Develop and maintain quality processes and procedures
- Manage product quality and customer requirements
- Communicate with suppliers and customers
- Maintain quality documentation and control systems
