About the Position
TransForce is seeking an experienced CDL Class A Yard Jockey for a full-time position in Liberty, Missouri. This opportunity offers a consistent four-day workweek, competitive hourly pay, and overtime opportunities. Drivers will be responsible for moving and positioning tractor-trailers within a Ford facility yard. No freight unloading required.
Pay & Schedule
$26.00 per hour
Overtime after 40 hours
Tuesday through Friday
5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Four 12-hour shifts per week

Freight handling: 100% no-touch
Work location: Liberty, MO
Shift: B Shift, overnight
Key Responsibilities:
Safely move and position tractor-trailers throughout the facility yard.
Spot trailers at designated loading docks and parking locations.
Coordinate trailer movements with yard and warehouse personnel.
Perform required equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns.
Maintain a safe and organized yard environment.
Follow all applicable DOT and facility safety procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
Valid CDL Class A license
1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
Ability to safely maneuver and back tractor-trailers in a busy yard environment
Strong attention to safety and communication
Must meet all applicable DOT and FMCSA requirements
