Finance Chief of Staff: Strategy, Board Prep & Execution

Phoenix Tailings is seeking a Finance Chief of Staff to help lead the finance agenda as the company scales. Working closely with the senior finance leader, you will connect company strategy, financial planning, capital allocation, executive decisions, and the operating cadence of the finance organization. The ideal candidate is a senior finance and strategy leader who can move between board-level questions and the detailed work needed to resolve them.
