The Ohio Department of Taxation is seeking one (1) Human Capital Management Analyst. What You'll do as a Human Capital Management Analyst: Serves as an HR generalist by providing day-to-day support across key HR programs, including payroll, benefits, personnel actions, and employee inquiries, ensuring accurate processing and timely follow-up. Assist with the full recruitment process by posting job openings, coordinating interview schedules, communicating with candidates, and helping with screening activities as needed. Help track and process employee leave and workplace accommodation requests, assisting to ensure documentation is complete and submitted correctly. Support employee programs by assisting to coordinate engagement activities, wellness initiatives, and helping maintain the performance review process. Maintain HR and EEO data by collecting information, updating records, and supporting the preparation of required reports. Qualifications:
- 2 yrs. exp. in human resources.
- Or completion of undergraduate core program in human resources, business or public administration.
- Or 1 yr. exp. as Human Capital Management Associate, 64611.Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.
