Bookkeeper-Office Manager

MDS Fulfillment is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper–Office Manager to join our team in Milwaukee. This is an important, hands-on position for someone who enjoys managing the details, keeping financial records accurate, and helping an office run smoothly. You will oversee the company’s day-to-day bookkeeping responsibilities and provide administrative support to our Milwaukee operation. LOCATION5700 W. Bender Court, Milwaukee, WIFull-time, in-person positionCOMPENSATION$30–$40 per hour, based on experience Medical and retirement benefitsWHAT YOU’LL DOManage accounts payable and accounts receivable Coordinate with our outsourced payroll provider Maintain and reconcile client prepaid shipping escrow accounts Complete bank and credit-card reconciliations Prepare monthly accruals and routine journal entries Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks OnlineReview financial transactions for accuracy and proper documentation Monitor receivables and assist with collection follow-upMaintain organized accounting and administrative records Support general office administration and vendor coordinationWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORPrevious bookkeeping, accounting, or related financial experience At least two years of hands-on QuickBooks Online experience Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll coordination, and account reconciliation Working knowledge of accrual accounting and GAAPStrong Excel and general computer skills Excellent organization, accuracy, and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Professional judgment when handling confidential information A dependable, proactive approach and the ability to work independentlyABOUT MDS FULFILLMENTMDS Fulfillment is an established third-party logistics and distribution company with operations in Milwaukee and Phoenix.
