Collaborate with clients to build, develop, and manage their intellectual property portfolios. Conduct thorough research and prepare filings with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).Provide strategic legal advice on patent-related matters to clients across a range of industries. Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and align intellectual property strategies accordingly. Draft, review, and prosecute patent applications with a focus on technologies like autonomous vehicles, robotics, and wireless communications. Keep up-to-date with advancements in patent law and technology trends to provide insightful guidance. Contribute to the growth of the firm's practice by providing high-quality legal services and building strong client relationships. Mentor entry-level attorneys and contribute to teamwork and knowledge sharing within the firm. Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities to expand the firm's client base.
