0-6+ years in civil litigation and/or insurance defense Experience with depositions, discovery, motions practice, and court appearances a plus Insurance defense background (auto, bad faith, construction, GL, med mal, PI, premises, product, professional, transportation, etc.) strongly preferred Someone who wants to win for clients and has the drive to prove it The bottom line : Good pay, full benefits, and a firm that will invest in making you a trial attorney.
