Financial Planner Boutique Wealth Management Firm Parsippany, NJ - Hybrid (2 days in office / 3 days remote) Join an established boutique wealth management firm serving high-net-worth households. Work closely with the founder and supportive team, overseeing financial planning and long-term relationships for clients. No business development required.
What You'll Do:
  • Manage planning and relationships for approximately 40 high-net-worth households
  • Prepare cash flow, retirement, tax, and estate plans
  • Lead planning discussions alongside the founder and ensure attentive follow-through
  • What's Offered$90,000– $95,000 base + $15,000 guaranteed annual bonus
  • Additional $60,000-$70,000 variable bonus potential, subject to portfolio revenue and market performance
  • Hybrid (two days weekly in Parsippany, NJ)
  • Medical, dental, 401(k), and profit sharing
  • What You Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree 3+ years in financial planning or wealth management, ideally with high-net-worth clients
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and follow-through skillsCFP preferred, though not required
