Quality Assembler

Pay Range: $18 to $20 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm (Must have the ability to work overtime hours.)

Location: Lebanon,

TNJob Description: Physically and visually inspect chairs for proper assembly and function. Partner with engineering and product development teams to understand customer non-conformances to operators, Supervisors, and Managers. Be a liaison between assembly and other staff. Flex into rework and assembly roles as needed. Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards, regulatory compliance, and company policies. Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality capability of Assembly: High School diploma or equivalent

Experience: Previous manufacturing or Quality experience desired.

Technical Skills: Working knowledge of assembly and modification processes. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, work orders, and specifications. Familiarity with adaptive technology, mobility equipment, or medical device standards desired

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to coach and guide people to improve standards of work.

Other Skills: Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
