Senior Living Personal Care Aide

MorningStar Senior Management LLC is seeking compassionate Caregivers to support residents in our senior living community. In this role, you’ll provide hands-on assistance with personal care, mobility, meals, and daily activities while building meaningful relationships with seniors. Monitor resident well-being, document care, and promptly report changes to nurses and leadership. Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing Assist residents with transfers, mobility, and use of assistive devices Support daily living activities, social engagement, and companionship Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nurses and supervisors Offer meal setup, feeding assistance, and hydration support Follow care plans, safety protocols, and infection control procedures Document care and observations accurately and promptly Assist residents with medication reminders per policy and supervision Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent, high-quality care Uphold MorningStar’s faith-inspired, servant-leadership values in all interactions Personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing) Safe transfer and mobility support Meal preparation and feeding assistance Medication reminders (per policy) Vital signs and condition observation Dementia and memory care techniques Infection control and safety procedures Documentation and reporting in care logs Customer service and hospitality in senior living Team communication with nurses and families Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k CPR/First Aid certification Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred Home Health Aide (HHA) or related credential a plus Negative TB test and ability to meet health screening requirements Background check eligibility Training in dementia or memory care preferred
