What You’ll Do:
- Speak with customers face-to-face and create positive first impressions
- Represent brands professionally during promotional campaigns
- Introduce customers to products, services, and offers
- Build relationships and understand customer needs
- Support customer sign-ups, lead generation, and sales activity
- Help with campaign setup and day-to-day execution
- Work alongside a team to achieve shared goals
- Take part in training to develop your communication and customer-facing skills
