Recruiter & Onboarding Specialist

Proman Staffing Perm LLC is seeking a Recruiter/Staffing Coordinator to assist walk-in applicants with job applications, conduct group orientations, and support dispatch tasks. The role includes payroll processing and maintaining accurate records. You will interact with clients and applicants at the kiosk and desk, screen candidates, arrange orientations, and ensure forms (I-9, W-4) are completed accurately. This is an on-site office position requiring strong organizational skills.
