Senior Projects & Infrastructure Associate — Tax Equity/Finance

Mayer Brown LLP’s U.S. Projects & Infrastructure team is seeking two mid-level to senior associates with 3–6 years of sophisticated transactional experience. Ideal candidates will focus on tax equity and project finance transactions or project development, including construction and EPC contracts, and offtake agreements. The team is highly collaborative and works across Chicago, Washington DC, New York, Houston, Los Angeles, and Northern California offices.
